It is with great pleasure, that we at Storyville Records salute and celebrate Jesper Thilo on his upcoming 70th birthday (b. 11.28.1941), by releasing a 3 CD box set featuring a string of his recordings with great American and Danish jazz musicians.
Jesper Thilo is Denmark’s leading tenor saxophonist, and the recordings on these Cds are some of his own favorites, including the terrific and fun "Mumbles" with Clark Terry and Richard Boone.
The collection consists of 3 CDs, one of which has not been out on CD before.
