African and Cuban music, as well as new Orleans funk, are great sources of inspiration for Fessor and his new album. This CD includes compositions by names like Abdullah Ibrahim, Bill Withers and Ole “Fessor” Lindgren self. The 14 tracks on the album are all described personally by Ole “Fessor” Lindgreen. Many of them dedicated to his sources of inspiration. Few of the titles were recorded in 2000, but the rest of the recording was made in the fall/winter 2001.
